Staking, e-receipts, Plaid-verified Boost, and app hardening for the Nam Rewards mobile app — delivered across three fixed milestones.

Overview
This scope of work covers the next build phase for the Nam Rewards mobile app: the new Boost and e-receipt features, plus the staking and platform work that was previously de-prioritized.
The work is grouped into three fixed milestones of $10,000 each — $30,000 USD total. Each milestone is a shippable slice of the product: staking and hardening first, then the earn and e-receipt loop, then Plaid-verified Boost and tax compliance.
Sequencing is deliberate — staking and the camera/security fixes unblock the upload experience, the earn loop drives engagement, and the Plaid verification layer builds on a working receipt flow. Full IP transfers to Nam Rewards on payment.

What We're Building
Four feature areas, drawn directly from the new-features and catch-up specs. The milestones in the next section sequence these into shippable phases.
Staking & Tiers
- Stake to lock RNBW; unstake anytime with a 5% penalty routed to the staking rewards treasury
- Daily emissions accrual at 5% APY, with claim
- Tiered system — per-tier benefits (fee cashback, higher upload limits) and “stake to next tier” progress
- Rainbow Wallet–inspired UI: tier badge, staked value & quantity, buy / add / unstake actions, lifetime earnings
Earn & E-Receipts
- Reworked Earn flow: capture by camera or link an online account
- Connect Apps for major retailers — Amazon, Sam’s, Costco, Walmart, Target, Meijer, Instacart, Jewel, Uber Eats
- Connect Email for Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Outlook
- Fetch-style individual-item selection & upload (not a one-time bulk import)
Boost & Plaid Verification
- “Boost” entry on Home next to Stake, plus a Boost explainer page
- Plaid connection for credit, debit, and bank accounts
- Receipt-to-transaction matching — verified receipts marked boosted (10x or more)
- Rewards-pool split: unverified pool (600K) and verified/boosted pool (6.6M)
App Hardening & Compliance
- Face ID / biometric prompt on sign-up and login
- Camera capture field widened to full frame (top-to-bottom) for reliable AI recognition
- Push notifications — transactions (buy, sell, deposit, receive, sent) + reminders at 1, 3, 7 days since last upload
- Tax-info collection once rewards exceed $600; Earn locks until submitted

Weeks 1–4
Deliverables
- Staking module: stake/lock RNBW, unstake anytime with 5% penalty to the rewards treasury

Earn & E-Receipts

Boost, Plaid Verification & Compliance

- Plaid integration: connect credit, debit, and bank accounts
- Receipt-to-transaction matching engine — match uploads against Plaid transactions, mark verified/boosted
- Rewards-pool split logic: unverified pool (600K) and verified/boosted pool (6.6M)
- Tax-info collection at the $600 threshold (token value at time of receipt); Earn locks until submitted
Investment
Fixed price, all figures in USD. No hourly billing — you pay per milestone, and you own everything you pay for.

Fixed price per milestone
Each milestone is a fixed $10,000 USD. No hourly billing, no surprises — scope per milestone is locked at kickoff.
Pay-as-you-go
Milestone 1 is invoiced at kickoff to begin. Milestones 2 and 3 are each invoiced on acceptance of the prior milestone.
Full IP ownership
All code and deliverables transfer to Nam Rewards on payment of each milestone. Yours to operate, scale, and own outright.
Assumptions & Scope
Assumptions
- Existing Nam Rewards mobile app, RNBW token contract, and backend/API access are provided at kickoff
- Active developer accounts and API access for Plaid, the e-receipt/retailer providers, email OAuth, and push (APNs/FCM)
- The receipt OCR / AI extraction pipeline already exists; we integrate with it rather than rebuild it
- Nam Rewards provides the legal/tax determination behind the $600 threshold and required forms; we build the collection flow
Out of scope
- Token smart-contract changes, audits, and on-chain treasury setup (can be scoped separately)
- Net-new brand or visual identity — we follow the referenced Rainbow Wallet patterns and the existing app style
- Server infrastructure migration and third-party API/usage fees (Plaid, providers, app stores)
- App Store / Play Store review outcomes and timelines, which are outside our control
Engagement Model
Milestone-based, fixed price
Three locked milestones at $10,000 each. Scope per milestone is agreed up front; changes are handled as a short written addendum.
Weekly check-ins, build demos
A weekly sync plus demo builds delivered to TestFlight / internal distribution so you see progress on real devices, not slides.
Tested before sign-off
Each milestone is QA'd on device and demoed for acceptance before it's considered complete and the next begins.
